Thank you for your question regarding Botox and Restylane. It sounds like you have a number of issues to be addressed. Botox would treat the bunny lines and 11s on the forehead and these would each be considered separate areas, so it sounds like you need two areas for Botox. For smokers lines, or fine lines around the mouth, and the crease under your nose, you might be a good candidate for Restylane Silk or Belotero.
