Based on your history you should get the genetic testing. If you are positive for the gene than you have a very high chance of getting breast cancer. In that case, bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction would be the way to go. Insurance should absolutely cover this.

Based on the pictures you posted I would agree that submuscular implants would be a better choice for you but you will need a lift. Your breast tissue has to be lifted so that it is sitting on top of the muscle so it looks natural and pretty.

You are a great candidate for a full tummy tuck. The concern about the belly button outcome is understandable because this cannot be hidden in a bikini. They are so many different techniques surgeons use to create certian size and shapes for the belly button. Discuss what you like and what you do not like with your surgeon. The drains are definately one of the more annoying parts of having and recovering from a tummy tuck. Sometimes the stitch at the skin gets loose and can cause irritation. That is the redness at the entry point you see. Do not push the drain back in, hopefully the drain should be coming out soon since you are two weeks post surgery.
