I do not recommend you do anything. You are beautiful. I think the shadows are created by the lighting in the room. Go to Nordstroms and get tips for how to highlight under your eyes.

I am assuming the redness was there prior to the treatment. You might want to consider doing a Vampire Facial which is PRP (platelet rich plasma) with micro needling. I have seen amazing results. I will post a picture so you can see the results of one of my patients. I was amazed to see what it did for her skin.

I don't think it should be a problem. The time between treatments is 4-6 weeks, so I doubt that 2 weeks more is going to make an impact, especially since you had your first 2 treatments. Chances are you may have atrophy (thinning of the vaginal wall if you are menopausal) causing the dryness and spotting. I would recommend you see a gynecologist, you may need vaginal estrogen to help, so long as you have no contraindication to using estrogen. In the interim, you can try...
