Thank you for your question. I would recommend the interlocking suture technique which works wonderfully because it controls the stretching of the NAC( nipple areola complex). It is done with a permanent suture. Good Luck.

Hello..it is not uncommon to have sutures spit through the wound. The middle wound should be addressed by your surgeon. I would recommend you stop using the scar cream you the incisions that are open. Good Luck

Hello. Sientra is one of the three implant company approved by the FDA. Each implant company has different styles and shapes so do your research..Regarding size I always recommend a little larger size because you need to take into account the effects of the muscle which will make you look smaller then you think when sizing. Hello, thanks for the photos. I believe you will need to have surgery again to repair the right side. I recommend you discuss your options with your plastic surgeon. Right now you need to wait for all the inflammation to settle. Good luck.

Unfortunately they are swollen right now and therefore when they settle, they will get smaller. It’s difficult at this stage to know excellently how much smaller they will get. Just discuss it with your plastic surgeon. Good Luck.

Thanks for the question. Since you are only 3 weeks out I wouldn’t be that concerned that the right one is still higher. Sometimes it takes longer for one side to descend verses the other side. The other fact in your case is you have a larger implant in the right, so it will look higher and tighter until it stretches out. A breast band is an excellent option that could help with your right breast. It could take about 3 to 6 months before your final results. Good Luck.

Hello. It’s hard to give you an honest opinion without photos. I am assuming that you are massaging. Also, the size of the implant can effect how long it takes for them to drop. The fact that the scar is in the right place with the band on is a good sign. It doesn’t hurt to wear the band. I would follow up with your plastic surgeon.Good Luck.

First and foremost I would recommend you go and see a board certified plastic surgeon. The second questions I would ask you is if you plan on having any more children. If the answer is no then you would be a candidate for a tummy tuck. Finally, I would recommend you wait until your child is almost a year old. The belly button will be addressed at that time.
