Thank you for your question.  There are ways to improve the symmetry of your lips.  In my opinion this would be some combination of filler (Juvederm or Restylane) on the side opposite to the trauma to provide the needed volume.  In terms of the scar, while you cannot make it disappear, I encourage you to research medical tatoo providers in your area.  Someone who does permanent makeup but has experience in camouflaging scars.  Good Luck

Nipple reconstruction is usually performed in delayed fashion a few months after final implant exchange. Exact timing is surgeon dependent, but the purpose for delaying is to allow time for your implants to settle into their final position, so nipple reconstruction can be performed more precisely and accurately. I agree with my colleagues. 8 weeks is relatively early in your post operative course. Although every patient is different, it can take 3-6 months for your implants to "Soften" or "Settle". If you are concerned or have any pain, it is never wrong to follow up with your plastic surgeon. Hope this helped and good luck.
