I suspect your doctor recommended against submuscular implants because the sagginess of your breasts will make your breasts hang off the implants, very unnatural looking. With breasts that sag a lift is often required to avoid this look. Subglandular implants can look very natural in the right patient and often a lift is not required. Patients need to have thick breast tissue and a silicone gel implant would be recommended for the most natural feel.

I replace ruptured silicone gel implants several times a month and have always been able to put new implants in immediately. There can be significant scarring with capsule formation, calcification and soft tissue granuloma but this does not affect the placement and healing of new implants.
Drains may be required for a few days and there may be more swelling with a little bit longer healing time but patients seem to tolerate it fine. I would remove ruptured gel implants through an incision...

Unless you are a smoker, large cholecystectomy scars usually don't affect circulation to the flap. If there are other scars, particularly a similar scar on the left side of the abdomen there could be an issue with circulation.

I do quite a few breast reductions on teeenagers. My only requirement is that your bra size has not changed in the last year. If your breasts are still growing when you have the procedure done, you may need a second reduction a few years later.
