Typically after a significant weight loss like yours a tummy tuck is the better option because it removes loose skin as well as subcutaneous fat. Liposuction can be combined with the tummy tuck to contour areas such as the flanks or pubic region. It's hard to say if your bleeding is normal without additional details and photos. Small, pinpoint bleeding may occur if there had previously been scab or a spitting suture. I often use combination fillers to get immediate results from some of the hyaluronic acid fillers and the more long term collagen stimulation from fillers like Sculptra. By injecting the Sculptra deep to the hyaluronic acid fillers you can create a scaffold with the additive results from two different types of fillers. I wouldn't hesitate to treat the area with hyaluronidase if you are unhappy with your result. Small amounts can be injected to dissolve the filler. Filler in this area can last a long time, so hyaluronidase will accelerate this.

As you appear to be at a healthy weight but with some post partum loose skin, you are likely a good candidate for a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty. This procedure would tighten the abdominal muscle wall and remove excess inelastic skin. The scar can be placed low enough so that in most bathing suits it is covered. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are an appropriate candidate.
