Never seen one that I would be proud to claim as my own work except in cases of tubular breast deformity. If taking off more than 2 cm geometrically it does not make sense, flattens the central breast , leaves a areola that is not round and the scars look like an accordion. If you need a lift, get a lift !

A facelift is for underlying support problems that give you howling, descent of the mid-face, and laxity in the neck. At 40 and from those pictures, you do not have that. You would probably be better served doing maintanance and injectibles. Botox, fillets and cutaneous treatments. I don’t think you would get 15k worth of improvement from a facelift

When looking at an abdomen there are 3 layers that can be addressed and improved. The muscle fascia, the fat layer and the skin. All of the treatments you mentioned body tite, vasor, and Lipo only address one layer, the fat layer. With a tummy tuck you can address all 3. Tighten muscle, address fat and remove excess skin. This would be the most appropriate treatment for you

You have too much skin in a vertical as well as a horizontal direction. The only or best way to achieve an aesthetically pleasing breast is a vertical as well as a horizontal scar. That allows you to remove the excess skin in both directions. The improvement in shape will certainly outweigh the scar. You are not a candidate for periareolar mastopexy. Do the right thing, you will be happier
