One week recovery time is more than sufficient to return to LIGHT ACTIVITY at work. The problem lies in your profession as a phys ed teacher. If you need to do heavy lifting, increase your heart rate with aerobic exercise or over use your arms and pectoral muscles as in throwing a ball vigorously , there could be consequences. If you stick to giving instructions from the side lines, you should be OK.

You are an ideal candidate for liposuction if your goal is to have the majority of fat removed from your lower abdomen and waist. Your skin elasticity seems fine and after doing several thousand liposuction procedures over the years, I feel your skin will re-drape and not sag. Your contour and shape would dramatically improve.

However, if your expectation is to have the flattest abdomen possible with tight skin, you would need a tummy tuck.

There is no reason why using a hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvederm should not be used after using Aquamid.Juvederm, unlike Aquamid is an absorbable filler and unlike Aquamid is FDA approved. Just keep in mind that in theory the Aquamid is still there so be conservative with the fillers.

You maybe referring to Macrolane. This like Juvederm, is a hyaluronic acid filler. It is used in the UK and Europe to increase volume of breasts. In theory one could also use it in the buttocks. Unfortunately this product is unavailavble in the US and is not approved by the FDA. Fat is the best alternative in the US.

From your photos it appears that the best treatment plan for you at this time is to replace volume. Juvederm would be a good option around the mouth and nasolabial folds. Regardless of how sucessful your mini facelift was, it is unrealistic to expect it to last for a prolonged period of time especially in the area surrounding the mouth. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist regarding fillers.

Ture hemosiderin staining of the tissues in the lower lids is very difficult to treat with lasers of any kind. If you have tear trough deformities a shadow effect may be contributing to your dark circles. If there is a pigment component, Juvederm may make the pigment worse only if bruising from the injection occurs. A true tear trough deformity with lower eye bags caused by fat is best treated with a fat transopsition. This will lessen the bags and fill the defect below the lid.

It appears from your photo that the implants are riding high. I would recommend adjusting the pocket slightly downward as well as a lift. The best breast lift  technique for you is the one that your surgeon is the most  comfortable performing. It appears it  would be possible to do a short scar, (vertical lift) with your degree of sagging. Good Luck.

After performing hundreds of breast reducitons, both short scar and inverted "t", I can honestly tell you that these patients are always the most grateful.  I often hear from them "I wish I did this when I was younger."

It is difficult to give you an exact answer without seeing you or at least seeing your photos but, in most individuals one syringe of Juvederm would suffice in filling the tear troughs under the lids. However, sometimes moving  the fat in the lower lid eye bag is a better solution ( and a longer lasting one).

The answer to what looks more natural depends on the patient. The greater the volume and density of your own breast the less one would see a difference between saline and silicone. The same holds true for the way they feel. Someone with very thin skin and tissue over the implant is more likely to see wrinkling and feel like a saline implant is less natural.
