Fractional Co2 laser resurfacing can slightly elevate the upper eyelid but is not usually the treatment of choice when a patient is a candidate for upper eyelid skin excision (blepharoplasty). You could have a blepharoplasty done at anytime as long as most of your post laser swelling is gone. By your photos it appears that you are ready.

Breasts take about 6-8 weeks literally to start relaxing into shape and for most of the swelling to be gone. One side can also swell more than another. Normally we advise our patients to wait about 3 months to spend money on an expensive bra due to changes in shape and size. It will take normally a full year to completely know what you will look and how your scars will heal.

The horizontal lines of the forehead are caused by motion so you would need to stop the motion or any additional treatment would not be of benefit. You might try Dysport as a 3rd option to try to stop the movement however normally if used in appropriate amounts Botox should do that as well. Normally Botox is fully in effect by 2 weeks. The medial portion of the brow has dropped in your case and you have full movement of the lateral eyebrow. It can be improved by very lightly injecting over the lateral eyebrow with possibly 1 or 2 units per side. That will bring the eyebrow down however it will look more natural until the center of the eyebrow can start lifting again.

Most likely you would be a candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy) at the same time as placement of your implants. This would center the breast over the implants that can be placed under the muscle. We would have to decide together what size of implant would be good for you at your consult to best bring you into proportion. Asymmetry can be corrected at the same time by either removing a little breast tissue from the larger side or using a slightly larger implant on the smaller side.
