A bit of a dilemma. There is no data to support massaging breasts post operatively reduces firmness of the breasts. In general I do recommend it because intuitively it makes sense. You probably would do best with getting to know and trust one doctor and follow his advice.Good Luck!

Generally speaking facial swelling after this type of procedure often mostly resolves very quickly in just a few weeks. Small amounts of swelling can persist a good bit longer. Occasionally however the swelling can be very prolonged – several months. Discoloration and fullness can be quite prolonged in these cases. It will eventually go away.Good luck.

A bit of history and a physical exam would be critical for the final recommendation. You should be done having kids before undergoing a full tummy tuck. Mini tummy tucks have very limited situations where they are extremely successful. Not doing any muscle repair also has very few scenarios where it is not necessary.
