Body contouring is best to be staged. Where to start depends on your priority area. Most people want to start with a tommy tuck and breasts. Because of your familial situation and the length of surgery if you add more areas, it’s best to have shorter recovery times and not do all at once. You don’t need an extended tummy tuck but just a regular one since you don’t have extension of your excess skin in your back. You are an excellent candidate for it.
The only implants that give you a natural look are classic or Moderate Plus. Any High Profile implant will give you a “push-up bra” look with the roundness on top.

Taking measurements gives objective tools for communication and choice of implants. It takes the guess work out and makes everything easier. Make sure your doctor is a board certified plastic surgeon. Very experienced surgeons may be able to estimate but this is not done routinely.

Hi,
If you like the way your breasts look in a non padded bra, then all you need is a lift. A lift does not add volume to the breasts, just not droopy. The “perkiness” comes from adding an implant. These two things can be done at the same time or separate times with more accurate result and less complications.

From what I see from your profile picture, you still have some visceral fat that would go away with more weight loss (roundness of the profile ) and probably loose muscles ( will be helped with abdominoplasty and exercising). What you have described is to have a Moderate Plus profile implants however, the desired pictures seems to have had a High Profile implant. Also for someone who has a chest circumference of 32 (bra 32A) 13 cm base width is unusual and does not seem to be your case on the first page. You also have a wider chest bone and less likely to have that kind of cleavage. Be sure you get examined by a board certified plastic surgeon and try on several sizes to see which shape breast you prefer.

With either of them you will be about 2 cup sizes larger based on your chest circumference. The large one will give you the largest size that you can have and still look natural. (flat line on top and round on the bottom). Any thing larger such as a high profile implants will give you the upper pole fullness (push up bra look)

I always use VASER to treat gynecomastia and removing the gland is not done by VASER alone but with liposuction component of it and using a specific cannula. I rarely have to do any incisions around the areola to remove the glandular component.

Congratulations on your weight loss. From the pictures it is hard to see your neck but I would suggest a short scar lower face and neck lift along with some fat grafting in the midface since you have lost some facial fat as well. Your face will look more harmonious by addressing the volume and skin laxity.

I have done lip implants for over 10 years and the results are really good. Lips look naturally plump and since the implant moves with lip movements, it looks very natural. Fillers, in the long run, make the lips a bit stiff and not natural.

Your breasts have been large and still are, however they are flat. Adding 800 cc implant will make your breasts heavier, skin will stretch and will cause your breasts to sag more and you will have the same issues you had before your reduction. Your breasts are uneven and need a better shape before you add the volume. You have the option of having a better breast lift and then a few months later, see if you need any volume added, and not go for 800cc right away.

Hi, from what I can see on your pictures, you have anterior neck and under the chin skin laxity and no non invasive treatment can tighten this much laxity. Thermi Tight could tighten the skin a bit but will not tighten your neck muscles that are the cause skin bands in the front. Your muscle needs to be tightened for the skin to re-drape over it. A short scar lower face and neck lift is what I would do.

You do not have tuberous breasts. The lowest cost implants are saline implants but they have higher rate of complications and do not feel as natural as silicones. Not wanting any scar is impossible. The implants have to be placed somehow. The best place to put the incision is under the breast and based on the size of implant, it can be between 3.5 to 5 centimeters long. Once you see a board certified plastic surgeon, you will discuss all of the critical points.
