No. What your ortho did was to mask the class 2 skeleton. Your bite is good but skeleton is still small. You can either re-do ortho and bring the lower teeth back to match your lower jaw or just do a slidinggenioplasty. Consultation is needed.

Botox definitely can be injected with. I problems. Also, you might want to consider Facetite and Morpheus8. Under IV sedation, I perform Facetite and liposuction to get rid of the excess fat.
