My patient was interested in removing excess fat and skin from her lower abdomen along with tightening the muscle layer that exercise could not help after having multiple children. My patient also has a condition called constricted breast syndrome, or tubular breasts, that she was looking to correct. Here she is 3 months post-op from an extended mini abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen and a breast augmentation with an imf incision and 275cc silicone breast implants.
