After 19 years of saline breast implants this patient was ready for an upgrade. Our goal was to increase her size and to decrease the tight feeling and rippling bilaterally. My patient went from a 340cc saline breast implant swap-out to a 535cc ultra high profile silicone gel breast implant to give her the cleavage results she desired.
