My patient came to me for evaluation of a cosmetic rhinoplasty to remove her dorsal hump. After further discussion the best approach to give my patient her aesthetic goal with minimal swelling was a closed rhinoplasty - which she was a perfect candidate for. Here is my happy patient before and one month after her procedure!
