Thanks for your question. The volume of a silicone implant includes the shell and the fill so a 300cc implant would be a total volume of 300cc. Thanks for your question. Liposuction is a safe procedure to perform and is fine to do before having kids. Liposuction permanently removes fat cells and shapes your abdomen. If you maintain your weight, you will maintain your shape. Pregnancy can change your shape as it stretches out your skin and alters your tummy muscles. While I would suggest you wait to have a tummy tuck until after kids, liposuction now is fine to do.

Did you have your diastasis recti repaired or liposuction with the procedure? Give it a few more months and then express your concerns to your doctor. You can certainly get a second opinion to see your options as well.

Thank you for your question and picture. I think you are a good candidate for breast augmentation. It will give you more fullness, better shape and help with the size difference between your breasts. You are correct that you have a wide breast bone and that the implants will not sit together as much as if you had a narrower breast bone, but you will still have more cleavage and a better shape.

However, some procedures are more involved and may need to be performed separately, for patient safety. It is best to discuss what procedures you want to have with your plastic surgeon to see what is the best plan for your to have the minimal amount of recovery while maintaining maximal patient safety.
