Only an in person exam can see whether some form of a lift is needed or not needed for the look you desire. Oftentimes a women will just choose fat transfer alone even when a lift may add additional benefit to enhance the size and fill out bras but avoid the scar of a lift. A very low hidden incision around the waistline combined with liposuction of the flanks with a aggressively tight pull likely would deliver a great result for you. Only an in person exam can fully evaluate this, but it does not appear that the Fleur de Lis would add substantial improvement and the scarring may be more than the benefit. Best wishes.

Thanks for your question and I hope all is well. At 8 weeks after surgery most of the fat that dissolves away has done so. Also the breasts should be mostly soft and normal at this point. It is not normal to have the experience you are having. Its likely all fat necrosis but may also be a resolving bleeding episode from weeks ago. As long as you are not having fevers or drainage to show infection then it’s best to give it a few more months and see, but it’s not a normal healing process. Best...

It takes liposuction fat from one area and transfers is minimally invasive to the breasts.
