This patient want to have a modest increase in the size of her breasts. She underwent placement of smooth round saline implants, 300 cc filled to 330 cc in a sub-pectoral location through peri-areolar incisions. I like the location of the scar, as it blends in nicely with the adjacent skin and usually does not show. Placing the implants under the muscle gives a natural look to the breasts, as opposed to a more noticeable "implant look." It also can help prevent capsular contractors from developing.
