If you perform some gentle pressure to the lump, you might see some improvement. Most likely, if you are unhappy, it should be dissolved with some Hyaluronidase. Good luck to you!

This is unlikely. It is too early to say what your response will be to the Botox. Final results are usually apparent at 2 weeks. Facial "drooping" would result from paralysis of one of the branches of the facial motor nerves. Bruising does not generally cause nerve paralysis. Good luck to you!

Unfortunately it's difficult to say much based on you photos. Generally, fluid collections need to be aspirated weekly until resolved. As much as patients dislike drains, they are used to prevent this scenario. If left undrained too long, they become established and require surgical excision. Thank you for this question. It brings up a not unusual concern. From your photo, it appears that your breast size is actually pretty equal on both sides. The issue is that your Left implant is sitting a little higher and the nipple sits lower and a bit off to the side, compared to the opposite breast. There are often differences between the two breasts which are not very apparent before surgery, but are magnified by the augmentation. I tell my patients "they are sisters, not twins."...

It is difficult to say, from the pictures alone wether that represents residual swelling, bulging fat or loose muscle layer. Physical examination would allow for a better assessment. It may still be a bit early to make a final determination. I tell patients that it takes about 8 weeks for all of the swelling to go down. Talk to your surgeon. If it bulging fat, that can be addressed with some liposuction once all of the swelling is gone. Good luck to you!

You should be able to get a very nice result with breast left alone. As others have stated, you have enough volume, and mastopexy by itself does not change your cup size. Knowledge of facial anatomy is vital to minimize complications from Botox. It appears that your injector placed some Botox too high and off to the side, paralyzing the muscles which lift the corner of the mouth. luckily, Botox is not permanent. It may take another 4-8 weeks to resolve.

I suggest you see a plastic surgeon experienced in fat transfer, as this may be the best way to correct your issue. I would not expect a orthopedic surgeon to take contour into consideration when harvesting fat, but you should talk to them about your concern. Photos would be helpful in evaluating your concern. Your lips may decrease in size a bit more over the next few days. But, if you are unhappy, you should have your injector dissolve the product with hyaluronidase. You should talk more with your injector about what you desire, so that might be addressed more precisely.

Thank you for your question. One doesn't see the full result from Botox until 7-10 days after injection. Although you received "3 shots", that doesn't tell me how many units you received. I generally use 10-12 units, with careful targeting of the corrugator muscle bellies. I perform touch ups at 2 weeks, if necessary, at no charge.
