Thanks for your question. You do not have what is considered tubular breast deformity based on your photos. An augmentation with areolar reduction should give you the desired result

Sorry to hear of your problems. Three months is still very early in the healing process and many patients experience the occasional burning and discomfort, but this usually corrects itself within the first 6 months but can take up to 1 year. Thanks for your question. It does not appear that you have a great deal of ptosis or sag based on our photos, but your arms are elevated which does pull up the breast and makes it more difficult to tell. I doubt you would need a lift based on these photos and recommend a second or third opinion

Based on your photos it does not appear that your implants are bottoming out, which basically means that the implant has slid down on the chest resulting in an implant that is too low, loss of upper fullness, and an upward gazing nipple/areola. Thanks for your question. From your photos it appears that your incisions are right in the fold where they should be, they are still thick and dark which you would expect at 2 weeks. As the implants come down they should be well hidden in the fold, and fade more providing you keep tanning bed off of them, but that will take 6-12 months

Thanks for your question. It appears from your photos that the black area is actually the implant exposed in the wound. I recommend that you contact your surgeon today and let them evaluate you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your question. You are still early in the recovery process, the skin needs more time to stretch out an let the implants settle (at least 6 months). Your left side does appear slightly higher in your pre-op photos so that also may be contributing to some of your asymmetry. Give things a little more time, I doubt you have a contracture at this point as it is very early in the post-op period

If the surgery was an elective abdominoplasty then I would not charge to drain a post-op seroma, and I don't think most surgeons would. If it was a procedure covered by insurance then it is possible your surgeon would turn the claim into your insurance company, but I personally would not charge the patient

Your incisions look fine. It will usually take a year for them to flatten and fade as much as possible, but they should do well just be sure you keep them covered if you get in a tanning bed as they will darken and not fade as well.

Thanks for your question. It sounds more like you have a post op seroma or fluid collection that is leaking out of the breast. Silicone gel is clear in color and thick, and while it is not likely that you have a leaking implant I would never say it was "impossible". Your surgeon should schedule a follow up exam for you to make sure you aren't having a problem that needs to be addressed.

It is still very early in your recovery so given time as the skin stretches and the muscle relaxes I would imagine your implants will come down. Discuss massage and other techniques with your surgeon that may hasten the process.

It is still very early, and my guess is that everything will even out over time. Often one side will have more swelling than the other, and one implant will come down sooner. Be patient, it may take 6 months for everything to settle down

Thanks for your question. In order to achieve the look that you desire, based on your photos, implants would be your best option. You will need to see a board certified plastic surgeon, who can examine you in person and advise you on the size implant that would best suit you

Thanks for your question. The space between the breast following an augmentation is largely determined by the amount of space pre-op as well as the shape of the ribs and sternum, or breastbone. Based on your photo I agree that you will be unlikely to have a large gap like the women in the other photo, some of which may be due to the fact that her arms are not completely at her side as yours are in your photo.
