Based on pictures, more than likely you will not need a breast lift with augmentation. It looks like your nipple areola complexes are above your inframammary folds so no lift will be needed. As far as size, I do see a bit of size difference between the two breasts, but my recommendation would be not to concentrate on the CCs, but rather try on different sizers at your consult and see which one you like better as far as size and shape.
Lipo or CoolSculpting waiting time after a mommy makeover, how long should I wait?

The short answer to your question is when you feel ready for your next treatment. It will take you several weeks to recover from your mommy makeover surgery and for the swelling from surgery to resolve. When the swelling has gone down enough, your wounds have healed well, and your energy level is back to normal, then you are ready for next treatment. More than likely you can get CoolSculpting done a bit sooner than liposuction.

That is a great and very common question, but it is impossible to determine the size of implants on pictures alone. Several measurements are taken during consultation with the most important being the width of the breast. Based on those measurements, your surgeon can give you sizers to try on (or digital simulations) to determine what looks good and appropriate to you and your surgeon.

Looking at the pictures, it does not seem like you have loose skin and therefore a tummy tuck will not be of much benefit. I agree with you that coolsculpting will also not give you the desired sculpted abs. It is hard to say without a full exam, but I think your best option would be a high definition liposuction that can even out the skin in the lower abdomen and also etch a sculpted look.

Yes. Moving the top jaw (maxilla) and/or the bottom jaw (mandible) is referred to as orthognathic surgery. It can be done by itself or usually in conjunction with orthodontics. It is a major surgery where bones have to be cut, moved, and then fixated in place with plates and screws. Orthognathic surgeries these days are typically done with pre-op 3D CT scans and planning to achieve better results. It is not an easy surgery and should be done with highly trained, skilled, and experience surgeons.

I would not recommend starting yourself on diuretics as this can cause other problems and electrolyte imbalances. It is ok to take Arnica oral or use the cream on the effected areas. I would also suggest trying to sleep with your head elevated and see if that helps to reduce the edema you see in the morning. Reducing salt intake helps a great deal with swelling/edema.

A good evaluation can't be done from these photos, but as you state that the asymmetry is getting worse, you might be suffering from progressive hemifacial atrophy, or also known as Parry-Romberg syndrome. From what I can see in the pictures, if you have this syndrome, it is very mild form of it. Best treatment we have at this time is to replace the lost volume with either fillers or fat grafting.
