Although you could go ahead with the labiaplasty now, I personally encourage labiaplasty patients to wait until they do not plan to have more children. Often women will be encouraged to go through with a vaginal birth if they have already had a C-section. In this case, stretching of the labia is highly likely. I’d suggest waiting and having one procedure once you’re finished having kids..

Your “camel toe” could actually be caused by either your pubic mound or a larger labia majora, or a combination of both issues. Liposuction performed on the pubic mound may resolve the problem without requiring a labiaplasty procedure. Some doctors refer to this procedure as a pubic reduction. A reduction of the labia majora may still be necessary if the prominence is still visible.

The units of BOTOX® needed will vary depending on how deep your forehead lines are, and how many wrinkles need to be addressed. Administering too much BOTOX® will run the risk of making the eyebrows look droopy. If the existing lines are already pretty deep, you may want to consider a dermal filler instead.

These photos appear to show a large D. A few things to keep in mind: With a periareolar elliptical incision you could realistically expect 1/2" to 1" of breast lifting. A small implant, 350-400cc will give you enlargement only.
And for something you could try on your own, measure from your mid clavicle to your nipple. If the measurement is greater than 24-25cm, then you will need a conventional lift to get the results you're hoping for.

The short answer is no. Although it has been advertised throughout the health and fitness industry for some time, no amount of exercise will change the skin and breast tissue. Exercise can only effect the underlying muscle.
Muscle volume is effected primarily by androgenic steroids, better known as male hormones. So unless you intend to go on a steroid regimen like a body builder, exercising the pectoral muscles will have very little effect on breast shape in women.
