It is normal for it to be swollen 6 months after a tummy tuck. Swelling can be up to a year. The tightness should resolve over time.I would suggest contacting your surgeon if you have questions about healing or any other post op questions. 
I am 7weeks post opp. My stomach still not flat. Do you think my skin was pulled tight enough? (

7 weeks is too early to see what the results of a tummy tuck. Swelling can last up to a full year, but most of the swelling should go down in a few months If you are still concerned I would make a follow up appointment with your board certified surgeon to address your concerns.
