Unfortunately, if you are unhappy with the color or translucency of your current porcelain veneers they will need to be redone. Those options cannot be changed at this point. Each and every dentist handles these cases differently. I would recommend you speak to your dentist and find out what the possible options are for you. Best of luck going forward.

If the tooth had a root canal you will not be in any pain with it off so in that sense there is no rush. But it is best to have it placed back on as soon as you can. A good tip is to use fixodent (denture adhesive) to place it back in yourself if you can. Sometimes the orientation makes it tricky but most times it it is easy to place back in yourself until you can see your dentist.

Yes, it looks like it should not be an issue. I would recommend seeing a well trained cosmetic dentist to ensure that the final produce will not only be esthetic but functional. The only issue I see from pictures is a possible lack of space and the degree of shifting of those central incisors. Porcelain crowns might also be an option if the teeth are too angled. Hard to see for sure from pictures given.
