55 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision, shown 6 weeks post op. Patient had a previous breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon 8 years prior. She was most unhappy with her breast asymmetry, large areolas, and a very firm left breast. She desired symmetric, soft breasts with smaller areolas. Old saline implants were removed and replaced with silicone gel implants for natural-feeling breasts. Also performed was circumareolar (periareolar) breast lift to reduce the size of the areaola and adjustment of breast folds to give more symmetry.
