41 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision of previous breast augmentation. Patient had a previous augmentation with saline implants about 20 years prior. She was most unhappy with the asymmetry and felt her breasts were too wide and sat “too low”. She desired more symmetric, higher breasts that looked better in her bathing suits. Her breasts implants were removed using an inframammary fold incision and replaced with silicone gel breast implants and a strattice was also placed as an internal support to help rebuild the internl pocket to correct displacement of breasts and provide a better symmetry.
