Although tummy tuck requires time for swelling to decrease and for your energy level to return to normal, most of my patients who are police officers have been able to return to full duty in four weeks. Lighter duty is certainly possible sooner. I hope this helps.Dr James Platis

Hello Linda-I see many patients in consultation for breast surgery after they have had children and they have the same concerns as you. They want to restore their breasts to the way they were prior to having children. This can be done with a breast lift and the use of an implant. Because you say you do not have enough volume it is unlikely that any reduction will need to be performed but to get a round and full breast a lift with an implant should help you achieve your goal...
