You can wear a sunscreen while driving down to your procedure and then just bring a makeup remover wipe and wipe it off before surgery. The only reason they don't like you wearing makeup is because of the monitors they use in surgery. Best of luck!

Yes this is completely normal. Swelling of the abdominal tissue can last all the way up to 6 months. It's important to wear a compression garment for 1-2 months if you can and then transition to a spanx for the next couple months. Best of luck!

Honestly the difference between 400cc and 450cc is very small. I always tell patients to really notice a difference between sizes it has to be 75cc to 100cc difference. I would encourage you to bring your concern up to your plastic surgeon and you two decide on good fit for you. Best of luck

I think it's always important for patients to get 2nd opinions. Even when a patient tells me I'm their first consult I tell them to have 2 consults at least just to make sure they feel 100% confident with me and what I'm telling them. It's hard to tell by pictures but based on what I see I feel you need a full standard tummy tuck with liposuction. I wish you the best of luck

No you shouldn't have any type of breast surgery until you are 6 months out from breast feeding. It can increase your rate for complications such as capsular contracture or and infection. Make sure your plastic surgeon tell you the same. Best of luck

Filler can be done with a facelift if your surgeon feels comfortable doing that. You might want to consider fat transfer while getting a facelift. Your own fat can last forever unlike a filler that lasts 12 to 18 months. Ask your plastic surgeon about this option. Best of luck on your facelift

This is a problem that most women and men face. Fillers in the nasolabial folds usually help this problem. There are several different brands and types. I tend to use more Restalyne and Juvederm. They can last anywhere from 9 months to a year depending on how fast you metabolize the product. You can also look into sculptra which is a collagen builder. Best of luck

Both lift techniques are good and used regularly. I prefer to do an anchor technique just because I feel I can tighten the breast better by pulling in two different vectors. The scar under the breast hides well so most patients don't mind the anchor. I think the anchor gives a longer lasting result too. Best of luck

An average recovery time for a mommy makeover is about 3 weeks. Every patient is different but most patients can resume work after 3 weeks. The tummy tuck is the harder recovery usually. There's nothing wrong with doing them separately. Most people prefer to just get them done to only have to take off once and go under anesthesia once. Hope this helps. Best of luck!
