It is not uncommon after breast augmentation with textured implants to be more aware of movement of the implants when compared to smooth walled implants. Textured implants, as I am sure you are aware, have a rough exterior that is more easily appreciated with movement than gliding of a smooth implant. Honestly I would exhaust all alternatives before deciding on surgery. Surgery should only be used if all other means fail and it appears to me that you are having good results with workouts. Sorry to hear that it did not work. Botox would have a noticeable effect at 10 days out so I would recommend returning to your doctor and letting them know about it. Very sorry to hear about your problem with surgery. It is not possible, however, for me to answer this question for you without evaluating you personally. There are a number of things that may be causing this from a hematoma to seroma, to excess skin. I would recommend going in to see your plastic surgeon and getting an evaluation. Best of luck to you.

Great to here you have been compliant with your compressive garment. I would at this point return to your plastic surgeon for him to re-evaluate you. Swelling may persist for 3-6 months after surgery. You may find wearing your compressive garment again at night will greatly assist this. Best of luck!

Usually in the immediate post-operative period I have my patients wait until the edema resolves and then re-evaluate and a majority do not need revision. At this point being 2 years out you will need a minor a procedure to resolve it. Extending the incision and at times liposuction will correct this deformity. I would return to your original plastic surgeon and discuss this with him or her. I charge a facility fee and no additional fees. Best of luck to you!

I think you would be a very good candidate for breast augmentation. While your breasts are further apart than average they are certainly not abnormal. An implant is centered beneath nipple and you would certainly have more cleavage but not as much as another patient who has her breasts closer to the midline. Well congrats on your weight loss as it is very difficult to achieve. Removing the implant on the right will certainly lead to a higher degree of symmetry from what you have now. You may benefit from tightening of the skin as well which may be performed at the same time of your implant removal.

I would like to know if you have saline or silicone implants that ruptured?

If it is silicone implants that ruptured you may have retained foreign material within you that is causing this to be refractory to antibiotics. That may be why you are trying antibiotics and drainage procedures without avail. You may need to have this removed although I will be honest it is impossible to remove every bit of silicone but if a large enough amount remains it may benefit removal.
