Great question.  Fat under the skin can be liposuctioned, skin can be removed, and muscles can be tightened.  Fat inside your abdomen called intra-abdominal fat or visceral fat cannot be changed by surgery and requires a chance in diet primarily.  Overall, I think liposuction, tummy tuck, and buttock fat transfer would be the ideal procedures for you (not considering the intra-abdominal fat part).Good luck with your surgery.Dr. Remus Repta
