From the photos, and considering 7 full-term pregnancies, it is my opinion that the non-invasive options will only offer modest improvement; there is simply too much skin. A tummy tuck can remove skin and repair the diastasis but that is obviously a much larger undertaking than the non-invasive options. Also the TT will remove the bottom one third to one half of you abdominal tattoos. Best wishes.

From your picture it seems as if you are in great shape but unfortunately there is no good way, short of surgery, to tighten the abdominal wall that has been stretched by pregnancy. Also there is no reason why a healthy woman should be continually bloated. A tummy tuck should correct the round shape and tighten the skin and give a nice result. Best wishes

In retrospect it is probably easy to say that you “should” have had a full tummy tuck but this is not always easy to see at the beginning of things. Personally, I would offer a patient that was dissatisfied with the results of a mini the chance to convert to a full. That said, you are still early in the recovery so the final result is not evident, but you might have a candid discussion with your plastic surgeon to discuss options. Best wishes.
