Thank you for your inquiry and your pictures. I agree with a wedge resection being a good option for you for a labiaplasty. As far as a clitoral hood reduction goes, most commonly, it's trimmed near the labia minora, so you can see the clitoris, but it is still covered. There are cases where I have had to remove skin from the top as well.

First off, I tell all my patients that liposuction removes fat - it DOES NOT tighten skin. One of the most common risks of liposuction is loose skin. I use Renuvion (J-Plasma), on most of my lipos to help with skin tightening. Once you have loose skin like in your pictures, the only treatment is a mini TT / pubic lift.

It's hard to tell from the picture which option would be better for you. We typically will do an aggressive lipo followed by Renuvion (J-Plasma) of the areas to aid in skin tightening. I wouldn't recommend Ultherapy with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Since EDS causes the skin to be stretchy and fragile, you probably would not see much result and it certainly would last too long.

Glow treatment utilizes the most superficial treatment head. Therefore, it should not penetrate deep enough to effect the fat layer. If anything, you should do a full treatment to target collagen stimulation in the deeper collagen.

Our preferred treatment method for this is an Ultherapy treatment (not just glow), to stimulate the deep collagen and a Plasma Pen treatment to target the superficial fine lines.

Ultherapy can be performed on different areas of the face that contain fillers at any time with no issues. However, if filler are done in an area that is going to be treated with Ultherapy, we recommend waiting at least a month after the filler treatment. Lip filler should not be a problem since you don't treat right on the lips with Ultherapy.

Most people start seeing improvement in 3 months. Definitely by 6 months you should see some results. There are some people that continue to see some improvement for up to 9 - 12 months. You mentioned that they "did many passes". Usual treatment requires 2 passes for each head that is used. The key is reading the US image correctly, so that you use the head for the correct depth of your collagen.

Thank you for your question and pictures. I think you are a great candidate for liposuction and a tummy tuck. You would need an examination to determine if a mini TT is sufficient. With a mini TT there is no muscle repair and it does not tighten skin above the umbilicus. The advantage is that is has a much quicker recovery and can even be done under local anesthesia.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Based on your pictures, you look to be an excellent candidate for a mini Tummy Tuck. I perform these alone or in combination with liposuction. Thank you for your question. There is no normal depth per se for an area. Ultherapy uses ultrasound to see how deep the collagen is and then you pick the depth accordingly. Usually a 1.5 mm depth only is not appropriate. Most of our patients get the first pass with a 3.0 and the second pass with the 1.5 for the brows. I personally had the 4.0 and the 1.5 done because that was the level when seen on the ultrasound.

Since you like it especially when you smile, Botox is a good option to keep the shape from changing when you smile.
