I have been doing Ulthera treatments in Las Vegas for over 3 years, performed over 500 treatments. We have had fantastic results. The difference between Ultrasound and other energy devices are three fold.

There is no question that the technology works, and works well, but their are some limitations. Pain management can be a real problem, and without proper anesthesia, the complete treatment cannot be completed.
