Every cigarette you have can have a detrimental effect on wound healing and in a tummy tuck there is a large wound to heal. I am strict with my patients in telling them I will not operate on them if they smoke within a two week period prior to surgery, and I explain that they should refrain from smoking for at least two to three weeks post-op to avoid a complication.
I have Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and also Medicaid. Will any of these insurances pay for Lipo?

The fat removed in a tummy tuck is in the lower front part of the abdomen. It does not address the fat accumulated in the flanks. This could be addressed separately with liposuction. Hope that helps and good luck!

The profile level of the implant reflects how much the implant projects off of the chest wall. If you are looking for a more projected look, such that the breasts appear fuller coming outward off the chest, a high profile implant is useful.
