What treatment would you recommend for these rolling acne scars?
Bellafill use for acne scars

Bellafill works well for these types of scars known as rolling scars. These scars are usually shallow and disappear when you stretch the skin around them just as you demonstrate in your photos.. Bellafill is FDA approved for this purpose and may be an excellent option for you. I suggest you consult a dermatologist who has experience treating acne scars and the use of fillers such as Bellafill.

I would suggest you consider combination treatment including IPL to treat the underlying redness. Along with this you may benefit from subsicion of the scars followed by injection of Bellafill . You may also get improvement by adding microneedling or radiofrequency to stimulate collagen production which may give you a smoother and more even complexion.
Does second treatment have to be exactly the same as the first, or can I reduce the number of panels?

If you cannot afford an additional 8 panels do less panels but you may not get the same result. Without photos it is difficult to give advice but you should do what is affordable result even if the result is not ideal. Remember that you can always do additional treatment in the future when it makes financial sense.
Would like to get some opinions on Kybella treatments?

Always best to have a consult with a physician experienced with the use of Kybella. However, based on your photos you appear to be a great candidate for this procedure. Kybella is a very effective treatment for reducing the submental ( below the chin) fullness creating an improved jawline and profile. Also keep in mind that the fat is permanently destroy and that is a definite positive for this treatment!

I use a lot of Bellafill l but practice on the east coast ! I think it is a great product when used by an experienced injector. I would encourage you to find a physician in your area with lots of experience and go for a consult to see if Bellafill would be right for you.

A combination of options should be considered and used to treat your type of facial scars. Radiofrequency to stimulate collagen production along with IPL to even out the skin discoloration and then consider using a filler such as Bellafill to improve the depression that you notice when you smile.
