Choosing a board-certified plastic surgeon, getting a personal consultation with the surgeon and not necessarily an intermediary and feeling comfortable with how the office handles you are all important determiners of which surgeon you choose. If persistent calls bother you, then that is not the right office for you.

There really is no one best scar cream. The best things for scars are compression massage, a silicone-based cream to provide the vehicle for the massage and time. The redness is something that time will help. If it persists, there may be other things going on with the scar athat may need to be addressed that you should discuss with your plastic surgeon.

It is not unusual to develop stretch marks after breast augmentation. It is something that you really should just observe for an additional several months as the appearance is likely to improve. If the redness persists, this is best treated with IPL, BBL or vascular laser treatments. There really is no good, consistent or reliable treatment for the stretch marks themselves. You should discuss your options with your plastic surgeon.
Will my breasts ever be even after breast augmentation 1 month ago?

It is not unusual to have some asymmetry 1 month after breast augmentation surgery. Final results are usually not seen for at least 2-3 months allowing for all of the swelling to settle, the skin to stretch and muscle relaxation to occur. You should discuss this with your surgeon.

This is a combination of small breasts, narrow breast base diameter (making them look triangular) and sometimes nipple/areolar pseudoherniation. This usually requires an augmentation mammoplasty as well as some type of breast lift (mastopexy) to get the best results. Thread lifts are really not effective for maintaining long term results. As an alternative, if you do not want breast implants or fat transfer, you could consider a breast lift.
