Patient is a 40 year-old-female who after having 3 children found it difficult to obtain the athletic contour of her abdomen and flanks that she had prior to childbirth. Despite attempts at working out and dieting, she could not get the defined abdomen and posterior contour she had when she was younger. She desired to look more fit and voluptuous.
Procedure: Abdominoplasty with SAFE Liposuction of the abdomen, back and flanks for a total of 3600cc with 840cc of fat transferred to buttocks.
