This patient presented with saggy, uneven breasts. Dr. Kusuma performed a breast augmentation with mastopexy. A breast argumentation can increase your bust line by one or more cup sizes, and mastopexy, or breast lift as its commonly called, can reshape and resize the breasts (as seen in this patient), the two procedures are not mutually exclusive.
