44 year old woman had a breast reduction over 25 years ago. Note the flattening of the central breast. After her revision surgery, which included a breast lift and small reduction along with fat grafting from her abdomen, she has more projection centrally. Overall proportions of the breast are also improved. Patient is shown before and after 3 months post op.
