You are right about PDO threads in the areas where there are already fillers, particularly silicone. But it is not contra-indicated when other choices are limited. In your case, Hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite filler may better choice to correct the asymmetry.

Hi, thank you for the question. The wrinkles around your eyes also called crow’s feet can be treated with a neurotoxin like Botox Xeomin Dysport. Microneedling RF also thickens the skin and reduces wrinkles. The Jowls can be pulled with threads. For your neck, the best will be microneedling RF.

You have hyperpigmentation which is most likely genetic, but UV light from the sun or tanning machines will make it worse. You should always apply sunblock even if it is cloudy because UV light passes through the cloud. Different type of peels helps. Hydroquinone creams may also help to reduce pigmentation
