Rhinoplasty can be performed safely on a person when they are physically mature. For females this is usually between 14 to 16 years of age. Also in younger patients a good support system is necessary to help in the post operative care.

It is too early to tell what your final result will be. You need to wait at least 6 months to be able to get an accurate assessment of your outcome. Skin retraction is variable and I am sure you still have some swelling. I am sure you are anxious to get your results but be patient and this should improve greatly with time.

After reviewing your pictures I would recommend osteotomies after dorsal hump removal. If you had just the hump removed without osteotomies than the upper portion of your nose would be to wide. I do not believe that would give you a good cosmetic result.
