You have done a great maintenance program with fillers and Botox. A lift without adding volume such as your own fat transfer would not good a well rejuvenated youth look. A conservative Fat transfer around the mouth and lips with a SMAS lift and tightening of neck and jowls should give you a smooth jawline to make it more pleasing.
