A BBL will leave you with more loose skin as liposuction does not address skin laxity it only removes fat. A Tummy Tuck removes excess fat, tightens the abdominal skin, and repairs separated abdominal muscles. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
