Its hard to tell from the photos if that implant is sinking to low.   your plastic surgeon would be able to tell on exam

The implants may settle more with time but also your pregnancy will likely change things.  best to wait until after the baby and breastfeeding, if you choose to do so, and the re-evaluate.

It can take a while for the umbilicus to heal especially if there is tension on it.  During that time, oozing would be normal especially during washing or dressing changes.

You may lose some of that skin, hopefully just the superficial portion.  Ultimately, with wound care that will heal and may need a small revision later.

If the skin is slightly gapped or uneven while healing then the scar may be slightly elevated or side.  Once it heals fully and softens, it can be revised in the office under a little local.

Your nipples will continue to point the same direction after implant surgery.  Your underlying chest wall shape determines how your breast point and that won't change.

Your skin looks red and there is a small area of necrosis of the skin.  I would see someone local for wound care which may include changing your antibiotics, debridement or drainage.

Your scar will mature with time.  i would continue the silicone strips and massage.  you dont look like youre forming a keloid, though one area looks a little hypertrophic.  Sometimes steroid injections can soften that.  We have to be careful with steroid injections in darker skin because it can cause lightening. 
Do the type of fat we have in our breasts determine how our breasts look and sag?

Fat is fat.  There arent different types of fat.  But the fat can be mixed with other types of tissue.  What the surgeon was probably trying to describe was how much of your breast seemed like fat tissue vs glandular tissue of the breast.  The breast also has thick, fibrous connective tissue which can make a breast more firm.

You should apply gentle ointment to that area and it will heal in time.  Wound healing issues following breast reductions or lifts are not uncommon.

You may have overdone it and have swelling in the muscle.  But this far out, if you have swelling around the implant you need to see your plastic surgeon and you may need an ultrasound.  If there is a fluid collection it will need to be sampled to make sure everything is ok.

These are small areas of delayed healing and should improve with time.  Moist wounds heal best.  Sometimes these small areas need a tiny revision if they havent healed perfectly.

Scars take up to 1 year to mature and soften.  It is very normal for you to have swelling, bruising and firm scars right now.  
One areola is much larger after breast lift surgery, will this be permanent?

The size of your breasts or nipple areolar complex can vary from side to side.  Early after an operation, it's too soon to tell and you need to wait for swelling to go down and healing to take place. 
Is plication of ab muscles effective? I've read this has a very high failure rate.

Plication is folding and uses stitches or sutures.  This works well and is routine in tummy tuck.  You may be confusing this with abdominal wall hernia repair which often needs mesh to be effective.
