I am sorry this has been difficult. Prioritize what your preference would be. Were all the consultations with board certified plastic surgeons? If scarring is a major issue then probably going the implant route is best.
I had gastric bypass in 2000. I have lost over 200 lbs. Pretty stable weight at around 160. H

Thank you for your question and pictures. Based on your pictures you could achieve what you would like with a small implant. Pricing is different throughout the country so it would be best to see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to give you an idea. In Texas, we charge a little over 6k for silicone implants, which includes the price of facility and anesthesia. But even here, those prices vary.

Thank you for your pictures. The first question I would ask myself is what look am I am trying to achieve. You could choose larger implants and if that would make you happy then that is an option. The other question is do you want your nipple placement where they currently are or more centered on your chest. You would definitely need a lift if nipple placement is a concern of yours. The best bet is to seek an examination with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I would suggest you look for a plastic surgeon with a double board certification in otolaryngology. The other suggestion would be a facial plastic surgeon. Both are uniquely qualified to handle your breathing issues as well as cosmetic issues. Their training would give you the best results. This is not just your face but also your breathing. Use the most qualified surgeon available to you.

The best answer may be a posterior body lift to address the dog ears. You would end up with a full body lift at that point. You may also need some lipo in the front. I hope this answer helps.
