I believe you have slight degrees of both. For you to get the best results, you need to have breast lift with reduction of the areoles and sub muscular augmentation. The asymmetry will need to be addressed also! Good luck

In my practice, I personally work with my patients using dozers to come up with the best size the patient wants!! You should go 25-50cc larger than the size you tried and lied to get that size and look 6 months after your surgery. The high profile implant will give you more projection but less cleavage and outer breast, while the moderate plus will give you wider base, more cleavage and less projection. The best thing you can do is have a consultation with 1-2 board certified plastic surgeons. We can help you figure out what is best for you. The pictures are good and helpful but a physical exam is priceless. That said, you can easily go to a nice C or small D with silicone gel implants. The shape of the implants will depend on what type of look you are going for? Either one ( round or shaped implants ) will work and up to at least 400 cc... Good luck

I am not sure if the picture is your actual breasts? if it is your photo, then you have beautiful breasts and should do nothing further. As far as if they will get larger--- no one can answer this for you and you have to wait and see. There is no drugs or treatments that would increase the size of your breasts.

It will take at least one year for the new implant to settle and look like the other implant. The other side has healed over a long time and you need to go just as long for the new one to look and feel like the old one.

It is possible to do the implants augmentation and the areola size reduction at the same time but I feel you get a better result and less risk of post operative areola size increase if it was done as a second stage after the implants have settled in place!!

It is too early to tell but probably they will get slightly closer! this can be easily corrected with a small revision to make the cleavage closer, but you have to wait at least 6-9 months to get the best outcome! you also need to include your before picture next to your after for a plastic surgeon to be able to accurately assess your breasts... this is a must for anyone asking a question about their post op exults--- must include a pre op picture- and must show the entire breast or both...

You hade a peri areola breast lift... this operation has limitations and your results are the limitation of this approach! If you had the anchor scar lift, you would have the results you are looking for!! I think you can improve the shape of your butt by doing liposuction of your upper thigh-below the but crease...this will help create a better angle and much better shape. you can also have liposuction of your abdomen and lower back and transfer the fat to the buttocks. You will see improvement and the fact that t=you are planting fat cells in the buttocks area, they have the potential of getting larger if you gained any fat in the future!!

The picture provided is not adequate to make a good assessment of whats going on with you. You need to include the entire breast to be evaluated. This will help us see if there is redness throughout the breast or just the incision. I personally would have taking you back to the OR and washed out the pocket and examined the tissue to give you a better chance of keeping the implant. I would have obtained intro operative cultures and treated you based on that!but as long as you are getting...

Hi! You need to do a breast lift with implants augmentation. I don't see any other option. If you do just implants, it will not look good and you will regret it!
