Hello,Thank you for your question. I would suggest getting a breast lift with your high profile implants to get the best balanced look for your body. If you just put an implant in you will have bigger breasts that still sag. Visit a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation and be sure to ask to see before and after pictures so you can get a good idea of the look you want to achieve and the surgeons work.

Hello,Thank you for your question. There is no way to know exactly how your breasts will be after breastfeeding. When the milk dries up your breasts will likely sag and lose volume. One of the most common reasons for a Mommy Makeover that includes breast procedures is due to the loss of upper fullness and sagging from breastfeeding. There is unfortunately nothing you can do to keep them full and perky after you wean from breastfeeding.

Hello,I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some discomfort from your Augmentation. My suggestion would be to call your Plastic Surgeon and ask to be seen so you can get some piece of mind what is going on. It is best to let your body fully recovery from the pregnancy and if you decided to breast feed you should wait about 2-3 months for all milk to dry up so you can get a clear picture of the size and shape your breasts will take on. Hello. Scars will typically be red for about 6 weeks, sometimes a little longer. This is all part of the healing process and usually in about 12 months it will have faded very nicely. In all depends on the skin elasticity. A liposuction will only take out the fat but it will not shrink the skin, if the skin has good elasticity it will contour. If it does not, you will need to remove the skin and that is when a Tummytuck is recommended. In all instances, it is best to get within 10 pounds of your realistic weight before you do a procedure.

This would not be dangerous to you or your baby at all. You may need to have some additional work done after you have your baby and recovered from the pregnancy/delivery.
