For a 25 year old seeking to alter their facial structure and shape, a facelift is not an option. Without pictures of your face, it's difficult to give suggestions to address the areas of concern. If there is excess fat or a "double chin," kybella might be a non surgical option to help eliminate some of that fat and give you a more defined jaw line. You might also consider filler such as voluma in your chin to elongate your face and give it a more balanced proportion.

Depending upon your specific concerns regarding your chin, you might consult for a chin augmentation/chin implant. No sucking and pressing of the breast would lead to a long term permanent result to increase the size of your breast. There is a system called BRAVA that causes swelling in the breast tissue but without a fat transfer this result is temporary. When Capsular Contracture happens on an implant there is usually a displacement where the implant can appear higher on the chest. There is a hardening of the tissue around the implant and sometimes, pain or asymmetry. This can be diagnosed in person with your plastic surgeon, however the degree of capsular contracture that is occurring wouldn't be able to be truly diagnosed until the implant is removed and the implant pocket is inspected.

It really depends upon you as an individual. If you did not receive a blepharoplasty(eyelid surgery) then the bruising is much less significant. To correct jowls and a marionette line, a lower face and neck lift is your best option. From your pictures you would be an excellent candidate for this procedure. This is the only way to attain permanent results, filler is temporary. Sometimes filler can help camouflage the marionette line, however it will not actually help "lift" your face. Will Electric Stimulation Machines Help Firm Facial Muscles?
No, in fact it might make your wrinkles worse.

Any use of an at home electric stimulation will give you temporary effects if any at all. It would not be effective towards the effects of "lifting" your face. In fact, it might even make your wrinkles worse, because when you flex your muscles then you make the skin move and you create a crack. For example if you never smile then you never get smile lines. If you never frown then you never get frown lines. Also, affecting the muscle will not help you with any loose skin.
