Thank you for the question and the photos! You are a great candidate for breast augmentation. You would also benefit from lateral breast implant pocket tightening. Thank you for the question and photo. I feel the best option for you is a breast augmentation with a lift. If you were to only place an implant, you would eventually bottom out. What a great question! Rectus Diastasis Repair as a general rule should be part of a standard abdominoplasty procedure. Any Board Certified Plastic Surgeon should be doing muscle repair during this procedure. There are cases where the muscle repair is not needed. The one thing I always take into consideration is sub-glandular versus sub-pectoral placement of the breast implant. Thanks for the question about possible breast augmentation surgery. Keep in mind that a personal consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be the best way to proceed.
You do appear to be a great candidate for breast augmentation. As for the left breast, it is my opinion that a breast lift would be needed to accomplish a symmetrical result. A high or ultra high profile silicone gel implant would give you the upper pole fullness that you desire.

If you are looking for upper pole fullness then a breast augmentation with mastopexy would be your best option. An augmentation with a larger implant might look good at first, but over time would end up sagging more in the long run. The vertical scaring from a mastopexy is really not that noticeable once the area is healed.

It looks to me that you do have some significant scar tissue that has formed around your breast implants. It also appears that the implants were placed sub-glandular (over the muscle) which in many cases increases risk for scar tissue formation.

In my professional opinion you would benefit from a breast lift with an implant exchange. I would use a smooth ultra-high silicone implant to give you the “perkiness” that you are looking for. I would also keep the implant under the muscle.
Axillary liposuction and/or tissue excision would address the excess skin near your underarm.

In my experience liposuction of hips and flanks during an abdominoplasty isn’t always necessary or included. It does however help with contouring of the skin and surrounding tissue. Often times it will give you a smoother more aesthetic appearance.

It appears that you would be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty! You would benefit to muscle plication or tightening of abdominal muscles. During pregnancy your abdominal muscles get stretched and many times do not return to the “pre-pregnancy” position.
